Krakow takes a very large number of English-speaking visitors, and most venues cope. What varies is how comfortably. There is a meaningful difference between somewhere that can process a transaction in English and somewhere you can actually ask a question, explain what you want and understand the answer.
White Chocolate operates in English throughout. Our staff are used to international guests, the house rules are explained clearly, and reservations can be made by phone in English before you arrive. For a venue with a dress code and a reservation culture, that clarity matters more than it would at a bar where you simply walk in.
Booking Before You Arrive
Call +48 534 506 899 and you can arrange a salon in English from abroad. That is worth doing for a weekend, since we are a small venue and do fill up.
Tell us your group size, date and rough arrival time and we will confirm what we can hold.
Knowing the Rules in Advance
The two things that catch out visitors are the dress code and the age policy. We are strictly 18+, and the dress code is smart - no sportswear, trainers or beachwear. Both are enforced at the door.
It is much better to know that in advance than to find out at the bottom of the stairs, which is why we would rather say it plainly here.
Finding Us
We are at ul. Św. Tomasza 16, 31-183 Kraków, in the Old Town a few streets from the Main Market Square. The entrance is deliberately discreet and unmarked, and the club is one floor below street level.
Doors open at 20:00 nightly, closing between 03:00 and 05:00 depending on the day.
