Performers
Photography and filming of performers is not permitted at any point. This is a firm rule and applies regardless of intent, distance or whether you think you are being subtle.
It is a workplace, and the people performing in it have a reasonable expectation that footage of them will not appear on someone's social media the following morning.
What Is Fine
Your own table and your own group, with the people in the frame having agreed to be there. Nobody is going to object to a birthday photograph in your own salon.
If you want something taken with everyone in it, ask a member of staff. That is easier than reaching across the room and considerably less likely to catch another salon in the background.
