Corporate integration events have a well-earned reputation. The daytime programme, whatever it involves, is generally endured rather than enjoyed. What people remember, and what genuinely changes how a team gets on, is the evening afterwards, when the structured part is over and everyone is finally allowed to just talk.
White Chocolate is built for that half of the day. Six private salons in a vaulted Old Town cellar, warm gold light, a proper bar, and nothing scheduled. The room does the work that a facilitator was never going to.
A Room, Not a Programme
We do not run activities and we do not want to. A private salon, comfortable seating and a good bar is the entire proposition, and for a team that has spent the day being organised, that is precisely the appeal.
The salon means the group stays together rather than dissolving into whoever happened to be standing nearby, which is what usually happens in an open bar.
Suitable for a Mixed Team
Integration evenings involve people at very different levels of seniority and comfort. A loud venue pushes the quieter half of the team to the edges. A seated, conversational room keeps everyone in the same evening, which is the actual objective.
Our dress code is smart, so people can come directly from a day of meetings without a change of clothes.

Call with the headcount, the date, and the rough arrival time. Company groups are among our most frequent bookings, particularly in autumn and December.
We are 18+, open nightly from 20:00, and located in the Old Town within walking distance of most central hotels and conference spaces.

Do you organise team building activities?
No, and deliberately. We provide a private salon, a bar and a room where a team can talk. The structured part of the day is better handled elsewhere.
How large a group can you accommodate?
We have six salons of varying sizes. Groups of up to around twenty work comfortably in a single salon; larger companies sometimes take more than one. Call and we will work it out.
Can the team come straight from the office or a conference?
Yes. The dress code is smart and business clothing meets it easily. We open at 20:00.
Are you near the main conference venues and hotels?
We are in the Old Town at ul. Św. Tomasza 16, walking distance from most central hotels and a short taxi ride from the larger conference centres.
Can we arrange an invoice for the company?
Discuss it with us when you call and we will sort out the practicalities in advance rather than on the night.
