The Three Factors
Night of the week matters most. Sunday to Wednesday, availability is generally good. Friday and Saturday it is not, particularly after 22:00.
Group size is next. Two people can nearly always be fitted in somewhere. Twelve cannot, unless we knew you were coming. And the calendar overrides both: December, New Year's Eve, Andrzejki, Halloween and majówka are busy regardless of which day they fall on.
When Booking Is Genuinely Worth It
Any group larger than about six. Any weekend evening. Any occasion where the evening matters - a birthday, an anniversary, a hosted client - because turning up and finding no room is a worse outcome when there was a point to the night.
Booking also gets you a better room. Reserved groups are matched to an appropriate salon; walk-ins take what is free.
