Polish weddings are long, and poprawiny the following day is a national institution. But there is another gap that nobody plans for: the stretch between the reception formally ending and the people who are still standing wanting somewhere to go. Hotel bars close. Venues turn the lights on. The group scatters.
White Chocolate solves that gap. We are a cellar club in the Old Town, open until 05:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, with six private salons and a room that looks good enough to feel like a continuation of the wedding rather than a comedown from it.
Still Open When the Reception Is Not
Timing is the whole point here. A wedding that finishes at one in the morning leaves several hours of genuinely good night still available, and very few places worth spending them in. Our weekend hours run to 05:00, which comfortably covers it.
Because we are in the Old Town, most city-centre wedding venues and hotels are a short taxi ride or a walk away.
A Room That Matches the Occasion
Nobody wants to end a wedding in a fluorescent-lit bar. The contrast is depressing. A vaulted cellar with white leather, black velvet and gold light keeps the register of the evening intact - still an occasion, just a quieter and later one.
Book It With the Wedding
The after-party is the part everyone forgets to arrange until the day itself, which is exactly when it is hardest to organise. Call ahead when you are planning the wedding and we will hold a salon for the expected number.
Bear in mind our dress code is smart, which after a wedding is rarely an issue, and that we are 18+ throughout.

How late can we arrive after a reception?
Very late. Fridays and Saturdays we are open until 05:00, Thursdays until 04:00. A group arriving at one or two in the morning is completely normal for us.
Can we book a salon in advance for the wedding night?
Yes, and we recommend it. Call while you are planning the wedding rather than on the night. Give us the approximate headcount and expected arrival time.
Are you close to Old Town wedding venues and hotels?
Yes. We are at ul. Św. Tomasza 16 in the Old Town, a short walk or a very short taxi ride from most central venues and hotels.
Do wedding guests need to change clothes?
Not at all. Our dress code is smart, and wedding guests are generally the best-dressed people in the room. Come as you are from the reception.
What about guests under 18?
We are strictly an adults-only venue. Anyone under 18 cannot be admitted, which is worth mentioning if the wedding party includes younger relatives.
