White Chocolate takes the opposite approach. The luxury here is the room itself - a brick-vaulted cellar beneath the Old Town, finished in white leather, black velvet and gold, lit warmly and low, with six private salons and service that is attentive without hovering.
The Materials
White leather banquettes, black velvet, brass fittings and gold detailing against exposed medieval brick. It is a deliberate palette and it holds together, which is more than can be said for a lot of venues that spend heavily and buy incoherently.
