ICE Kraków sits on the southern bank of the Vistula near Rondo Grunwaldzkie, directly across the river from Wawel. It is the city's principal congress venue and hosts a steady flow of international conferences, concerts and corporate events through the year, each of which releases several hundred people into the evening at once.
White Chocolate is a short ride away in the Old Town, at ul. Św. Tomasza 16. Six private salons, a conversation-level sound environment and English spoken throughout make it a practical destination for a delegation that wants to continue the day rather than end it.
Getting Across the River
From ICE it is a short taxi ride across the Vistula and up into the Old Town. Walking is possible for the energetic - past Wawel and up Grodzka - and takes somewhere around twenty to twenty-five minutes at a reasonable pace.
Most delegations take a car, particularly in a group and particularly in winter.
Built for Conversation
The point of a post-conference evening is talking to people, which most late venues actively prevent. Our salons are separate rooms and the sound level stays conversational, which means the discussions that started in the corridor can continue.
For international delegations this matters twice over, since hearing across unfamiliar accents is hard enough without competing with a sound system.
Booking for a Delegation
Organisers regularly reserve a salon as an unofficial second venue for the evening. Call with the headcount, date and expected arrival time.
We open at 20:00, which works well after a conference dinner. Business dress meets our smart dress code without adjustment, and we are strictly 18+.
